Q: Is supervision provided in the cost of the rental?

A: Each bounce house requires one supervisor. For public parties, we
provide supervision for a fee. For your home party we will require you to
read, understand, and sign a waiver indicating all the safety rules and
guidelines to be followed. Then you may provide your own adult supervision.
We will gladly accommodate you with supervision for an additional fee if
required. We like to think that a safe party is a successful party!


Q: How safe are the bouncers?

A: They are very safe and enjoyable for children of all ages, providing all the
safety guidelines are followed. Our bouncers are fully enclosed and have a
safety entrance.

Q: Do you have insurance?

A: Of course! We carry public liability insurance

Q: Is there a limit on how many kids can bounce at once?

A: Yes. It is safe to enter children of roughly the same age at once. For kids 8
years or younger you may enter six to eight at one time. For kids 8 years up
to adult, you may enter three to five at one time. It is vital that the entry limit is
followed for the safety of our little ones!

Q: What area is needed to setup a bounce house?

A: Ideally, we need a flat surface. The area must be clear of all sharp objects,
twigs, rocks, stones etc... They can also be setup on cement or in large
indoor areas such as halls. The area size will depend on which inflatable you
rent. Ask for dimensions when you call. There must be access to a 110-volt
electrical outlet.

Q: Is the setup and breakdown included in the rental fee?

A: Yes. The setup and breakdown is included in the bounce house rental
price. We will arrive at least 30 minutes before your party to setup.

Are the bounce houses safe?

Our bounce houses are commercial quality inflatables. Our products are
double stitched 18oz heavy-duty fire resistant vinyl which is safe and durable.
We promote the fun and safe use of our rental equipment. At the time of
delivery or pick-up we will discuss all the safety guidelines that are related to
the proper use of our equipment. We are always available after the time of
pick-up or delivery in case you may have any questions or concerns. Please
feel free to contact us.

Is the rental equipment clean?

Absolutely. All Bounce House NY rental equipment are thoroughly cleaned
between each use. We are committed to making sure that your children have
a clean, healthy, and safe environment in which to play. We here at Bounce
House NY take sanitation extremely serious. We know the ins/outs of what
our products may incur. Our staff cleans each product and bounce house
before every breakdown. This way we know it is clean and most importantly
safe for our next customer. In addition to cleaning, we also safety check and
troubleshoot all equipment before it goes out to another client. This way you
are always guaranteed a unit that is safe, clean and in good working order.

Does it need electricity?

Yes. We will bring a 50 or 100 foot extension cord with us. So you must have
an outlet close enough to the setup area. The unit must be setup within 100
feet of an electrical outlet. We don't encourage setups near swimming pools
and if we do there must be constant adult supervision.

What happens if it rains?

Our policy is once we have set up a bounce house, payment is expected. If it
rains during the day or during your event, discounts or refunds will not be
permitted. If rain is expected and you do decide to cancel at the last minute,
all that you forfeit your deposit.  I'm sure you know New York weather is pretty
unpredictable and we do reserve the right to cancel if we feel the weather will
not be suitable for the bounce house.

The bounce house must be deflated if winds exceed 25mph and if there is
steady or heavy rain or lightning conditions. Our delivery personnel will show
you how to turn off the bounce house blower and remove it. We ask that you
please bring the blower and electrical cord under cover or inside so that they
do not get damaged by the elements.

For safety reasons, we ask that no children be allowed in the bounce houses
when it is wet and slippery. This is simply for the safety of our children.

Do I need to sign any forms?

Yes, on the day of pick-up or delivery you will be asked to sign our Terms &
Conditions Waiver. If you do not sign this we cannot honor the rental. For

If I need to cancel my order is there a penalty?

All cancellations must be received at least 72 hours in advance and
confirmed by Bounce House NY. Any rental deposits collected at the time of
booking the event are fully refundable. To avoid a cancellation fee, please
contact us and simply let us know of the cancellation by the time frame noted
above.

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept cash, Visa, Master Card. Cash payments are accepted upon
delivery. Credit Card payments will be processed one day prior to the event.
For your security, all credit cards will need to be presented and verified at the
time of delivery.

What type of parties and events do you provide inflatable fun for?

Bounce House NY provides inflatable fun for every occasion including
birthday parties, charity events, church festivals, company picnics, grand

Q: How do these inflatables work?

A: All Bounce Houses, Bouncers, Moonwalks, and Water Slides etc...
depends on continuous airflow. That means that you will have a blower
connected and running at all times to keep your unit inflated.
